Kathrine Bates seems to be quite the Renaissance woman. A lively interest in history led her to create "The Manor," as well as "Roar of the Crowd," the sad downfall of ‘Fatty’ Arbuckle. Bates has appeared in a number of Theatre 40 productions including "Blood Wedding," "The Constant Wife," "Chekhov in Yalta," "Roar of the Crowd," and "An Act of Imagination." As a musician, Bates plays classical piano and has created the program "Bach to Gershwin." During the holiday season, Kathrine conducts "The Choraliers," a Culver City-based choral group she created which performs in and around Southern California.
